| A seasoned safety professional with over 20 years of experience in the fleet industry, specializing in innovative safety programs and operational excellence. During my extensive tenure at Republic Services, I served as Safety Director spearheading large-scale, high-impact initiatives such as the Focus program, Supervisor Development, and the creation of Republic's cutting-edge New Driver Development Program and CDL training facility. In my current role as Product Manager for Connected Fleets at McNeilus, I'm applying my deep industry experience to advancing fleet technology and safety solutions. I've played key roles in shaping industy-wide safety standards, while working with the National Waste and Recycling Association (NWRA) Safety Committee and Together for Safer Roads (TSR). I continue to dedicate my efforts toward roadway safety, driving improvements and helping to ensure all roadway users returns home safe at the end of the day. |
