Rick Gillespie is the Chief Executive Officer of Revive Environmental, operator of the only permitted supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) facility in the United States. He led the commercial build-out that took Revive’s PFAS Annihilator® from startup to commercial platform, opening AFFF foam transition projects and state AFFF collection programs as the entry market and establishing landfill leachate and industrial wastewater as the recurring revenue base. Revive’s customers come to the Annihilator for verified, permanent PFAS destruction that eliminates liability. Previously, Rick spent 24 years at Regenesis, where he achieved double-digit annual growth with high profitability in a non-recurring revenue model. Every project was earned on technical merit and customer outcomes. He worked with E&C firms, regulatory agencies, private industry, and DoD clients across more than 1,000 contaminated sites.Rick began his career at Battelle Memorial Institute, contributing to key USAF initiatives and co-authoring the Air Sparging Design Paradigm. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Oklahoma.
