As SVP and General Counsel at Casella Waste Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: CWST), Shelley has oversight of all legal functions of the organization and manages government affairs, engineering and compliance and sustainability. She has served in various roles in the Casella legal department since November 2006. Prior to joining Casella, Shelley held sales and marketing roles with GlaxoSmithKline and Abbott Laboratories, as well as a sales and managerial position with First American Financial Corporation. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College, completed a four year law clerkship program, and is admitted to the Bar in the State of Vermont.
